Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail to deliver orders from Northern Gem Crystals.

The delivery service available for your order will depend on the size and weight of the items purchased.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

This means that smaller and lighter orders may cost less to deliver, while larger or heavier orders may incur a higher delivery charge.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the Royal Mail service used and circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's delivery times will apply.

Tracking

Where a tracked Royal Mail service is used, tracking information will be provided when available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at northerngemcrystals@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter with you.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at northerngemcrystals@gmail.com and provide details of the damage. Photographs may be requested to help us investigate the issue.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Northern Gem Crystals cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
